Established in 2013, the Bahamas Education Expo was created out of a passion for effective training and professional development for educators.
The Expo supports educators by providing high-quality professional development opportunities and creating avenues for educators to support one another through annual teacher-supplies giveaway events.
The first All Things Education event was held on September 14, 2013, at the British Colonial Hilton, attracting hundreds of educators, parents, and education supporters.
In 2015, the Expo introduced its annual professional development workshops, bringing together leading subject-matter experts from The Bahamas and the United States to train educators from both public and private schools.
At the core of our mission are the values that guide everything we do. The Bahamas Education Expo is committed to the following principles:
Integrity: We operate ethically, reliably, and honestly in all that we do.
Excellence: We strive to exceed expectations and consistently deliver our very best.
Social Commitment: We are dedicated to giving back to our community and promoting positive social impact.
The Bahamas Education Expo will be recognized as a high-quality, innovative, and market-leading provider of professional development and teacher support services. We envision an educational system where every teacher receives timely, effective, and engaging professional development that empowers excellence in education.
To strengthen Bahamian education by providing high-quality professional development and meaningful support to educators, building a strong and sustainable educational system from the ground up.
We Believe
We believe that at the heart and soul of a great educational system is its teachers. Therefore to improve education we must inevitably train, retrain and support our teachers.
